Project manager, copywriter, and art director.
Purpose/Objective:
Re-launch the web site to elevate Nortec's brand,
offer online customer support, and clearly communicate
all the solutions the company has to offer.
Skills:
Orchestrated all elements to redevelop the company's
Web site including needs assessment, concept development,
functionality requirements, information architecture,
copywriting, art direction, database development
oversight, beta testing, launch oversight, and
feedback analysis.
Results:
Nortec was ranked #1 out of 540,000 listings when
searching "Subscription Computing" on
Google, Yahoo and other search engines during
the first year after the launch. Sales staff encourage
prospects to visit the site and sell the online
customer support features as value added benefits
to working with Nortec. The president of the company
believes the new Web site conveys a very professional
and powerful image for the company.
