Role:
Project manager, copywriter, press contact, and
presenter.
Purpose/Objective:
Launch this product into a market with a category
leader that already had a year's head start. Manage
all aspects to develop identity, collateral, presentations,
training, demos, splash screens, packaging, and
media exposure.
Skills:
Conducted competitive research and analysis, coached
product features, sourced with vendors to develop
design and printing, contacted editors and journalists,
spoke at press conferences, trained resellers,
and created product name, product positioning,
tagline, logo concept, presentations, and all
copy on all mediums.
Results:
Successfully launched CD PowerPACS as a leading
product. RADinfo's business partners, resellers,
and the media were immediately interested in the
product and sales have been very good. Media exposure
for the company went from zero to over 15 individual
media spots as a result of this one product launch.
Web traffic jumped over 500%.
