EDS ULANA II Contract

Role:
Employee, project manager, copywriter, and list
broker.
Purpose/Objective:
As an employee, promote the EDS ULANA II Contract
to federal government buyers. Stop using printed
catalogs that become outdated too quickly. The
cost of the entire project had to be covered by
EDS sub-contractors.
Skills:
Created budget, wrote copy, built mailing lists,
and sourced with internal and external suppliers
to design, develop, print, and mail a quarterly
CD catalog using HTML standards. Pitched advertising
space to key sub-contractors, created contracts,
and collected funds.
Results:
The campaign was so successful, that the program
manager began using the sub-contractor advertising
space for his own EDS advertising initiatives.
